Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm.
A motion was made to accept the minutes of the October 2006 meeting, the motion was seconded and the minutes were accepted.
Amy gave Treasurer's report, current balance is $1,009.81, $897 of which was raised by the Fall Fuzzbuster Trail ride.
New member Angie Leak of Briggs Rd. was introduced.
We discussed the Oct. 15 ride which was a huge success. We had 49 riders and would have had more if we hadn't had our ride the same day as the Pepperell Trailblazers. We will not compete for the same day next year.
Suzanne and Deb talked about their meeting with the Conservation Committee on Nov. 8 where they talked about trail markers and trail marking. Bob Dillberger directed us to his web site, SVLT.org/trails, with maps of NH towns and known trails. We set up a trail walk day with Bob Larochelle in Dec. who wants to show us a beautiful trail from Mitchell Hill Rd. to Starch Mill Rd. A map was printed out and available to take.
The brown bag lunch with Susan DeCloedt in Lyndeboro was cancelled due to rain.
Discussed the hay elevator and the club raised $600 toward the purchase price of $850 from Amy. Tony said he would check and compare prices for new ones.
The new members of the events committee (Donna, Deb, Suzanne, Jane, Nancy and Diane) will make a date to get together and work on the 2007 calendar of events.
The new Merriam Hill arena belonging to Heidi Venuti is available to use for $15 an hour.
The Christmas party will be held December 2nd at Diane and Pat Conde's house. Charlie Moser and band will play.
